How does it work?

  • You select the candidates for the program based on current HR needs. We know you stand behind your decision to be people focused and we applaud you for the effort. Change can be hard. However, you believe in your team members and you have made The Right Choice.
  • Our team will work with HR to review your needs. We will then meet with your team member to gain further insight as we customize a plan of support. By accepting to be a part of this program, your team member is confirming that he or she wants to continue as a value-added member to the team and they are recommitting that they have made The Right Choice.
  • Using our dynamic toolset of individualized coaching, assessments, scenario-based role play, knowledge sharing and more, we will help each dedicated team member as they reframe their minds to make The Right Choice in everyday situations.
  • Upon conclusion of the program, team members will exit with a plan of success and HR will be given a summary of engagement and recommendations for further development.
